BSSS Abhisaran's Second Day - An Amalgamation of Academic and Cultural Events

Abhisaran 2022, a three-day Golden Jubilee celebration program of The Bhopal School of Social Sciences, on its second day, had its spotlight on academic and cultural events.
Department of Economics organised BSSS MUN, thus providing a constructive forum for open dialogue on complex global issues, including international peace and security and economic and social progress. The participants earnestly participated in MUN and gave their voices to global issues. PRO BSSS Manju Mehta said that ARCTION, organised by the Department of Humanities, provided an apt opportunity for the students to showcase their speaking and analytical skills. TECHNO FRONTIER, an exhibition, targeted students having a passion for technology, experimenting, and inventing creative solutions to complicated problems. While performing in the competition on street plays, Halla Bol, the actors very convincingly presented social issues and made the audience aware. Minimizing Effect of Trauma, an interactive session on trauma sensitization was organised by the Department of Psychology. Like, every year, more than 200 youths from across the country had earlier registered themselves in the Sur Sangram program organized by BSSS Rhythm International Online Radio. After the auditions, they went through several rounds based on song music and rhythm and in the final round, talented singers from all over the country participated in Sur Sangram, a solo singing competition organised by BSSS Rhythm. The programme Bhopal K Patiyebaaz captivated the audience. This program on Bhopal’s cultural flavour was organized especially for the alumni. In the evening the electrifying performance of SUNBURN × TRIBEVIBE DJ EDM transformed the whole atmosphere as the overjoyed and excited youths danced and cheerfully screamed to the rhythmic musical presentation.
