BSSS-University of Johannesburg Event on Women's Empowerment

The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS), in collaboration with the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, organized an international online program on women's empowerment. Students and academics from India and South Africa participated in the program, engaging in discussions on themes such as respect, diversity, and role identity.

Welcoming the guests, college Principal Dr. Fr. John P.J. emphasized the importance of international academic collaboration in providing students opportunities to connect with diverse perspectives and experiences.

Professor Varoshini Nadesan from the University of Johannesburg stressed the significance of dialogue and meaningful interaction between cultures among youth from different social backgrounds. Participants shared their thoughts on issues related to identity, diversity, mutual respect, and the evolving roles of women in today's society.
