BSSS Organized Student Exchange Program with Government P.G. College, Dharamshala

The Computer Science and Applications Department of the Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS) successfully organized a three-day Student Exchange Program from November 11 to 13, 2025, in which a delegation of 41 students and 3 faculty members from Government P.G. College, Dharamshala, participated. The objective of this program was to promote academic cooperation, cultural understanding, and experiential learning between the two institutions. Mr. Ashish Jain gave an engaging lecture on 'The Role of AI Tools in Teaching,' followed by an in-depth session on Cloud Computing conducted by Dr. Pawan Thakur. This was followed by a visit to a software development firm, Techdigi., where students gained a major overview of industry operations. The first day included a city tour covering major attractions of Bhopal such as Upper Lake, Lower Lake, Manav Sangrahalaya (Museum), and New Market, which provided the students with a cultural and local experience.

On November 12, the group visited Ujjain and Indore and toured important cultural and historical sites. On November 13, students participated in a practical Cyber Security workshop, followed by recreational game activities. In the evening, a Cultural Exchange Program was organized, inaugurated by Principal Dr. John P. J., Vice-Principal Sister Leema, Dean Academics Father Jomy Paniathas, and the Head of Departments of both institutions, Dr. Swati Sharma and Dr. Pawan Thakur. Students presented vibrant cultural performances celebrating unity and diversity. The program concluded with visits to the Tribal Museum, Birla Mandir, etc. This exchange program successfully strengthened institutional ties, promoted teaching experiences, and enhanced inter-cultural understanding between BSSS and Government P.G. College, Dharamshala.
