The seminar was inaugurated by Honorable His Highness Governor of the Madhya Pradesh at RCVP NARONHA ACADEMY OF ADMINISTRATION, BHOPAL The seminar was chaired by Chairperson of the National Commission for Women , Hon'ble Ms Rekha Sharma.
